ReplyDeleteI've been doing zucchini noodles + little olive oil + pesto + parm +bits of kale. I've been making it 2-3x a week and love it. What do you do with them?
ReplyDeleteI've never thought of adding kale. I make zucchini noodles with olive oil, pest, tomatoes, and chicken. :)
ReplyDeleteOh yum! I just started adding sundried tomatoes to mine and it's a gamechanger. Yeah, I basically started eating kale like 4x a week and I'm trying to get Jeremiah to eat more of it, so I throw it in with zucchini noodles to sneak it in.
